How do I place an order online?
Making an order with alifant.co.uk is very simple, just find the products you would like to order using either the search bar or by using the navigation bar at the top. Add the products to your cart, and then check out!
Is Alifant.co.uk a secure site?
Yes, alifant.co.uk employs the standard SSL encryption to secure all your personal and payment details so that they are kept confidential.
What is shipping duration?
We take 1-2 days for order processing and ship immediately after order processing. Normally shipping duration is from 3-7 days. A delay in delivery may be caused by any natural disaster or delay from the delivery partner.
Do I have to register a purchase?
No, you are not obliged to be registered. It has the option of guest checkout, and it allows a customer to have an account where he or she can view the orders, quicken a checkout, and receive offers.
How can I reset my password?
Visit the Forgot password link on the login page. An email confirming the resetting of your password in a secure way will be sent to you.
How can I check my order status?
When you log in to your account, you can view the status of your order by visiting the orders tab on the page. There will also be email updates according to the status of your order.
Is it possible to alter or cancel my placed order?
Assuming that your order is not yet processed, you are capable of contacting us at any given time to alter it or cancel the same. After being shipped, you cannot change anything.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
There is a possibility of a free shipment for orders exceeding a particular amount. The shipping thresholds and terms change, and they are posted on our shipping policy page.
Do you provide overseas shipping?
At the moment, we ship to the UK only. In the future, the shipping could be international.
What is your return policy?
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How do I return an item?

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We are readily available, within 48 hours of taking your order. In a case of damaged or wrong goods, we will replace or refund them.
Is it possible to obtain a refund?
Yes, the refunds are made when the returned product is returned and checked. Return of money is paid to the original means of payment.
